Feedback Energy Distribution Company Limited (FEDCO) is a 100% subsidiary of Feedback Infra and is engaged in the business of electricity distribution. The company is currently servicing nearly half a million consumers spread over 9,000 sq km in Odisha with an objective of creating greater operational efficiencies, better load management and improvement in consumer services.

FEDCO has put in place a highly experienced team of managerial and operational expertise in the area of transmission and distribution. FEDCO is headed by Mr. Devtosh Chaturvedi who has more than a decade of experience in T&D space and has closely worked with Government and Private entities in advising them on various strategic and operational matters

With its first operation in Odisha, FEDCO also has plans to expand its business to other states as well and undertake distribution operations in more areas under public-private partnership arrangements.
